- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products & Online Courses
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.
- No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital downloads, eBooks, audio content, or online courses.

Coaching Programs & Services
- A full refund is available if a written request is received within 5 days of the scheduled start date of the program.
- Except for extraneous circumstances such as illness, no refunds will be issued once the program has begun or services have been rendered.
